HearUSA in Florida is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to ensure clients’ needs are met promptly, keep a well-organized appointment schedule, and deliver Simply Excellent Hearing Care.

You will handle walk-in and scheduled appointments, maintain client records, assist with basic hearing aid care, and stay informed about HearUSA products and promotions to support centers across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and up-to-date information.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls with friendly service.
• Manage clinic schedules for walk-ins and appointments.
• Enter stock and orders and perform weekly inventory checks.
• Keep accurate records of cash and deposits and close-day reports.
• Maintain a clean, inviting environment.
