Job summary

HearUSA in the United States is hiring a Client Experience Specialist who champions the hearing healthcare needs of clients. You will maintain schedules, manage patient interactions, and deliver friendly, professional service to walk-ins and appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and office administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain client charts and keep information up to date.
• Prioritize welcome and confirmation calls and provide friendly service.
• Manage clinic schedule for walk-ins and appointments.
• Enter stock and custom orders and perform weekly inventory audit.
• Maintain accurate cash and banking records and end-of-day reports.
• Keep a clean, inviting environment and assist with basic hearing aid care.
