PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate for our Retail Branch in Tampa, FL. You will engage customers in the lobby, educate them on financial options and advocate for PNC products to meet needs.

The role emphasizes service quality, accuracy, and compliance while building customer loyalty. Eligible candidates will ideally have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities through meaningful conversations.

Qualifications

• No degree required; related experience or product knowledge may be considered.
• Ability to identify opportunities and educate customers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations with customers, making appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer’s problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including, service to sales, teller interactions, and effective lobby engagement.
