PNC is seeking a Client Experience Associate for our Retail Banking group based at the Nob Hill & Cleary Branch, 801 N Nob Hill Road, Plantation, FL. This in-office role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, educating customers on financial options and guiding them to PNC products to meet needs.

Responsibilities include engaging customers in the lobby, identifying banking opportunities, and conducting service-to-sales activities that drive loyalty and share of wallet.

Qualifications

• No university degree required
• Military service or equivalent experience may be considered
