Job summary

Alinabal in Milford, CT seeks a Quoting Specialist to support the quotation process by reviewing RFQs, organizing quote documentation, and preparing initial quote packages for review and submission. You will collaborate with the Quote Team Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure quotes are accurate, organized, and timely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Prior administrative, customer service, manufacturing, or quoting experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming RFQs, drawings, specifications, and customer documentation.
• Process and organize quote requests for internal review.
• Prepare initial quote documentation and data entry within ERP systems and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, and Sales to gather information needed for quotations.
• Track quote status and maintain organized quote records.
• Assist with quote revisions, updates, and follow-up activities.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams regarding quote requirements and timelines.
• Support the Quote Team Manager with administrative and quoting activities as needed.
