Job summary

Courser is seeking a Client Concierge to support our small and long-tail clients with proactive, high-quality customer service and operational support. You will manage non-technical inbound requests, assist with surveys, and help ensure data hygiene across our CRM while coordinating with Account Managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or similar roles (MSP or IT services preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication, including billing questions and basic sales inquiries.
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), quoting tools, and Microsoft licensing processes.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Remote outsourced team experience and proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client requests from dispatcher not service-oriented, including billing questions and quotes.
• Provide first-touch resolution or route requests with documentation.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up to maintain client satisfaction.
• Follow up on NPS and CSAT surveys and document feedback.
• Maintain CRM data hygiene and support strategic reviews data preparation.
• Process basic quotes and orders for small customers and Account Managers.
• Communicate Microsoft renewal timelines and pricing updates.
