Job summary

Optiv Security Inc. is seeking a Client Operations Specialist - Renewals to support Client Managers/Directors with renewal management, quoting, and order processing. The role interfaces with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams to optimize margins and win renewal business.

The COS-R helps free time for field activities by handling renewals, pricing strategy, and master renewal programs. Strong CRM and MS Office skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent from two-year college, or six months to one year related experience preferred.
• Two+ years in B2B sales/client services.
• Experience managing renewal contracts preferred.
• CRM software experience required (Salesforce.com preferred).
• Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor renewal business and proactively generate quotes.
• Process orders and assist with customer inquiries and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Client Managers/Directors and clients to explore upsell opportunities.
• Provide accurate forecasting and maintain contract and asset tracking for clients.
• Participate in client meetings (QBRs, planning) and prepare required documentation.
