Job summary

Bank of America in Baltimore is seeking a client-focused associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate on self-service banking, and process cash transactions as needed. You will have in-depth conversations to understand clients’ financial goals and connect them with suitable solutions.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and comfort with self-service technologies, with weekend/extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank's risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Grows business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manages financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
• Drives the client experience
• Manages cash responsibilities
