Job summary

Bank of America in Parkville, MD is seeking a Customer Service Associate who will engage clients in the lobby, educate on self-service options, and process cash transactions accurately. You will build relationships to meet financial needs and connect clients to the right solutions while delivering a high-quality client experience.

Expect a 40-hour work week with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend/evening rotation as needed.
