Job summary

Chase in Austin seeks a Relationship Banker who will represent our brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and promote banking solutions to meet financial needs. You will serve clients in person and by phone, tailor recommendations, educate on Chase Mobile App and online banking, and collaborate with specialists while adhering to all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. Must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to effectively consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
