Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using leading banking tech to deliver tailored solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, leveraging financial knowledge to address needs and simplify lives.

You will work within risk and regulatory requirements, complete training, and provide exceptional service while educating clients on digital tools and services. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in proactive, consultative communication to understand needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
