Job summary

VCA Alaska Pet Care is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to join our four-doctor practice. You will be the first and last contact with clients, providing a polite, people-pleasing experience while supporting a low-stress environment for patients.

Pay starts at $20-$21 per hour DOE with no schedule restrictions and open availability to work 5/8's. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation/sick days, 401(k), and pet discounts as part of our comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Greet visitors and answer phones with a welcoming, helpful attitude.
• Assist clients with scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Explain fees and assist with payments and product/service recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and follow-up calls.
• Explain fees and process payments and prescriptions when needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure the front desk is organized and clean.
