Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, call center roles, or client support preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls with professionalism and patience.
• Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and typing accuracy.
• Experience with outbound calling and sales techniques is desirable.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
• Provide outstanding customer support by resolving issues, answering questions, and guiding clients through products or services
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry and CRM systems
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in all interactions
• Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends and recommend improvements
