You will gain hands-on cross-training across operations, digital printing, and local outreach, with a path to Account Manager as you learn our processes and build relationships with local businesses.

Qualifications

• Must be resourceful, tech-savvy, and able to use CRM and office tech.
• Independent self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first approach.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn manufacturing/print processes.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift 40–50 lbs as needed.
• Open to entry-level candidates; no prior printing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet walk-in customers and handle inquiries, assisting with order intake.
• Identify customer needs, provide product information and project timelines.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming showroom environment.
• Represent AlphaGraphics at local networking events and community outreach.
• Assist production team with job staging and finishing tasks during peaks.
• Gain product knowledge to advise clients on print and signage solutions.
• Input job specs and quotes into CRM and track order progress.
