Job summary

SPS is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee daily service delivery on-site in Seattle, WA. You will manage staff, budgets, and client communications while upholding SPS policies and KPI/SLAs. This role reports to senior leadership and drives operational improvements across sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of relationship management and strong English communication, with a proven track record in managing teams and budgets in client-facing environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in high-level relationship building and operational management.
• Experience supervising 5–10 employees.
• Ability to interact with C-level executives.
• Strong integrity and client-satisfaction focus.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery across multiple sites.
• Manage staff, payroll, and client communications.
• Ensure adherence to SPS policies and client KPIs/SLAs.
• Lead vendor negotiations and budget oversight.
• Maintain site P&L proforma levels.
• Coordinate PTO, coverage, and safety compliance.
