Crafty in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Operations Manager I to deliver best-in-class experiences to clients in the LA/San Diego markets. You will be the primary contact for a defined client list, ensuring their food and beverage program runs smoothly and meets expectations.

This salaried, remote role is based out of Los Angeles, CA, with travel to client sites as needed. You will be measured by client happiness, retention, and growth, while collaborating across teams to optimize workflows.
