Crafty in New York City seeks a Client Operations Specialist to deliver best-in-class experiences to clients in NYC. You will be the primary contact for a defined client list, ensuring their food and beverage program runs smoothly and meets expectations. This is a salaried, hybrid role based out of our NYC office.

You’ll use the Crafty platform to optimize resources, coordinate workflows, and drive client happiness, retention, growth, and profitability, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
