Job summary

Crafty in New York City is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to deliver best-in-class experiences to a defined list of clients in NYC. The role is salaried and hybrid, based out of our NYC office, with responsibilities centered on client happiness, retention, growth, and profitability.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with cross-functional teams and using the Crafty platform to optimize resources, schedules, and outcomes.
