Job summary

Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Client Service Lead for our San Francisco specialty hospital. This leadership role oversees the Client Service team and ensures an exceptional client and patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, manage schedules, oversee payroll, and contribute to SOP improvements while collaborating with hospital leadership to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume client service environment in veterinary settings.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of client service staff.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, payroll, and SOP improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of Client Service Coordinators.
• Develop and manage monthly staff schedules for hospital coverage.
• Oversee payroll review and timecards; assist as needed during busy periods.
• Drive client satisfaction initiatives and collaborative hospital operations.
• Support SOP development to improve workflow and compliance.
