ACCESS San Fernando Valley is seeking an experienced Client Care Manager to lead our growing Client Care team in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment. You will set standards, provide training, and be the primary contact for client questions and concerns, guiding service excellence at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Must have detailed knowledge of Client Care functions and workflows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• At least 3 years of veterinary hospital management or leadership experience.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Client Care department to ensure excellent work product.
• Audit records for patients checked in to ensure quality control.
• Resolve high-level client/doctor grievances after initial resolution.
• Oversee training of staff and direct supervision to ensure training completion.
• Conduct interviews and review suitable applicants.
• Schedule and run regular Client Care meetings and follow up on items.
• Motivate front desk staff and assistants to provide high quality care while upholding hospital principles of Quality, Integrity, Compassion, and Service.
