Job summary

Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is seeking a Client Relationship Senior Specialist to support client teams in Seattle or Portland. This role partners with Senior Manager of Client Experience and client leadership to drive service excellence.

You will manage day-to-day client interactions, coordinate meetings, and help identify opportunities to deepen client partnerships. The position is hybrid with three days remote and two in-office, based in the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, Master’s degree in Professional Studies, Business Administration, or relevant advanced degree a plus.
• Demonstrated understanding of the business of law, including alternate fee arrangements in the service industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content creation for monthly, quarterly, and annual client team meetings and highlight milestones and goals.
• Gather information from attorneys, practice groups, and business professionals to support client initiatives.
• Support relationship team in identifying client service opportunities and responding to client requests.
• Coordinate client events, CLEs, and other client engagement activities.
• Assist with development and maintenance of client scorecards and performance metrics.
