Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Prior receptionist, customer service, or client-facing experience.
• Clear, professional phone manner and strong written communication.
• Comfortable managing office logistics and staying organized independently.
• Legal industry familiarity is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and screen them for potential matters.
• Route calls, take accurate messages, and keep the front office welcoming.
• Receive deliveries, stock supplies, and track reorders.
• Over time conduct client consultations and send retainer agreements.
