Job summary

M&A Law Firm, P.C. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and support our growth.

This on-site role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to manage leads, schedules, and retainers using Lawmatics.

Qualifications

• Some college preferred.
• Prior sales or customer service experience, law firm setting preferred.
• Strong typing and general computer skills, comfortable with office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Listen actively, document legal issues, and follow up on leads by phone and email.
• Send engagement letters and collect retainer payments.
• Manage consultation scheduling and keep case files organized in our case management system.
• Use Lawmatics to track client interactions.
• Follow up on unpaid retainers.
• Participate in team meetings and strategic planning.
• Help refine processes that protect our client review ratings, even when a prospect doesn't convert.

Schaumburg, Illinois | Onsite | $45,000–$50,000 per year, based on experience

M&A Law Firm, P.C. is looking for a motivated, personable Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a direct role in the firm's growth.

What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, with empathy, professionalism, and clear communication

Compensation and benefits

• $45,000–$50,000 per year, based on experience
• Incentive structure tied to retainer agreements signed per month

This is an onsite role at our Schaumburg location. Business hours are 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
