Codes Health, a fast-growing medical record retrieval platform, seeks a hybrid Operations and Customer Success professional in New York, NY. You will own performance for large accounts, drive adoption and retention, and manage day-to-day fulfillment while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will work closely with customers to understand workflows, priorities, and pain points, implementing automation and dashboards where needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, banking, customer success, operations, or high-growth startups.
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams.
• Comfort with analytics, auditing, and driving operational improvements.

Responsabilités

• Own account-level performance across usage, turnaround time, request health, and efficiency.
• Serve as the primary operator and strategic partner for some of our largest customers.
• Proactively audit, track, and triage problematic records requests before they escalate.
• Build understanding of each customer’s workflow, priorities, and pain points and translate into action.
• Help manage records specialists and establish programmatic tracking for request health.
• Collaborate with ops and product to relay feedback and reduce friction.
• Hold regular check-ins with key accounts on performance and opportunities to deepen usage.
