Job summary

Great Many seeks a Client Experience Coordinator to lead front-of-house and ensure a welcoming studio environment for clients and clinicians. You will manage client flow, tours, check-outs, and help set the tone of the brand. You’ll schedule on Boulevard, answer inquiries, follow up with leads, and support the team with renewals and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ minimum years of experience functioning as front office/medical receptionist in a medspa, medical office, boutique fitness, or spa environment; dermatology/hair experience a plus but not a must
• Must be able to work one weekend day; hours may change based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Be the Face at front-of-house and set the tone for the brand’s experience
• Choreographing and owning the client experience across touchpoints
• Coordinate with clinicians to support day and client flow
• Perform opening/closing duties to prepare the clinic
• Client Scheduling: Manage the Boulevard scheduling platform to optimize the schedule
• Client Follow-Ups/Inquiries: Interface between clients and clinicians for follow-up questions and FAQs
• Lead Follow-Up: Work with leadership on follow-up processes with inbound leads to answer client questions
• Client Care Management: Assist clients with medication refill processing and renewals
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to development of ways of working to improve efficiency
