Qualifications

• At least one year previous high-paced guest service experience.
• Point of sale system or other business software experience.
• Communicate professionally and timely with all persons in the Company.

• Professional image.

Responsibilities

• Greets all clients & visitors promptly with a smile and assists with requests.
• Answers incoming calls promptly and directs calls to staff as needed.
• Accurately enters all client transactions with correct codes and tenders.
• Manages scheduling activities including advance bookings, wait times, and confirmations.
• Supports styling team with scheduling, documentation, and sales support.
