Job summary

Great Many is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the studio and to support the clinical team in daily operations. The role blends front-of-house hospitality with backend scheduling and patient care tasks to ensure a smooth, warm client journey.

You will manage the Boulevard booking system, answer inquiries, assist with follow-ups, and help implement efficient processes. A weekend shift is required, and friendly communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years front office/medical receptionist experience in medspa, medical office, boutique fitness, or spa environment.
• Must be able to work one weekend day.
• Hospitality-forward approach with strong communication.
• Comfort with scheduling platforms and client management processes.

Responsibilities

• Be the face at front-of-house and set the tone for the client experience.
• Coordinate client flow, greet guests, provide space tours, and assist with checkout.
• Support clinicians by ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain a clean, stocked clinic.
• Manage client scheduling in Boulevard to optimize the timetable.
• Handle inbound inquiries via email and lead follow-ups with guidance.
• Assist with client care management and renewals.
• Contribute to continuous improvements for efficiency and client experience.
