Job summary

Pressed Roots is seeking a Concierge to be the face of our salon, coordinating stylist schedules, managing client assignments, and optimizing appointments for a balanced mix of walk-ins and booked services.

You will grow in a supportive environment while gaining hands‑on experience in salon operations, customer service, and team coordination, with opportunities for leadership and future franchise growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably front desk or salon.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact and greet clients.
• Assign clients to stylists based on availability and preferences.
• Coordinate schedules and manage salon flow to keep appointments on time.
• Manage reservations, client profiles, and booking processes.
• Upsell Pressed Roots products and services.
• Handle payments, tips, and commissions ethically.
• Maintain front desk, bar, and studio cleanliness.
• Communicate with Studio Manager about operations improvements.
• Provide complimentary beverages and engage clients.
