Job summary

BGBx is seeking an Account Executive to lead client-facing project management, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines while coordinating with internal teams. You will manage deliverables, client communications, and resources to keep projects on track and within budget.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Domestic travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the account services field within the advertising industry or a similar industry.
• Comfortable with scientific information
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Represents client viewpoint in day-to-day project execution and partners with Project Management to complete the project plan grounded in scope, timeline, and deliverables.
• Proactively manages account and client deliverables in the project work plan with Project Management.
• Conducts regular client status meetings to communicate project development and maintain alignment with client objectives.
• Manages client submissions and ensures agency work remains in compliance with client guidelines.
• Reviews hot sheet/status grids daily for accuracy and provides nightly comments/updates to Project Manager.
