Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior banking or cash handling experience preferred, but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, office, or client service experience is helpful.
• Exceptional client service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to follow procedures, maintain confidentiality, and learn banking systems.
• A professional, dependable, and positive attitude.
• A drive to learn, grow, and help others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and a helpful attitude in every interaction.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other client transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build trusted relationships by listening carefully and answering basic account questions.
• Identify when a client may need additional support and refer to the right team member.
• Follow cash handling, balancing, security, fraud prevention, confidentiality, and compliance procedures.
• Complete training and continue building knowledge of banking products, services, systems, and expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized branch environment and support teamwork and accountability.
