Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• 6–12 months of bank teller or similar customer service experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Profile new and existing customers and suggest tailored products/services.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Open new accounts with accurate documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, and more.
• Take initiative to resolve customer issues and provide prompt feedback.
• Help maintain customer goodwill and contribute to branch goals.
• Refer customers to bank departments as needed.
• Protect customer information and follow regulations.
• Process transactions with accurate records.
• Support local community and bank events.
