• Identify financial needs and present product/service options with internal partners.
• Proactively reach out to clients to educate on value-added products and services.
• Onboard new customers through outreach and maintain regular trust with existing clients.
• Schedule and hold appointments, prepare for sales conversations with pre-call plans.
• Perform customer servicing interactions and ensure regulatory/compliance adherence.
