Job summary

In this role you will coordinate with universities and carriers, manage waivers, eligibility, and enrollment, respond to questions, process payments, and support the team with training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior customer service and data entry experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel training.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Sound problem solving skills.
• Accounting or health insurance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure service tasks are assigned and completed in a timely manner.
• Mentor and train the team on service tasks and activities.
• Assist universities and students with status changes and enrollment questions.
• Answer waivers, eligibility and enrollment questions, changes, and support emails.
• Monitor and complete group service ticket queues.
• Process emergency adds of students and conduct reconciliations.
• Prepare Renewal Letters and process payments from universities.
• Assist carriers and TPAs with dates and coverage questions.
• Reconcile invoices and discrepancy reports.
• Assist with monthly payments to carriers and schools.
• Assist with daily deposits and pending records.
• Maintain relationships with schools and students.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, management and customers.
• Comply with HIPAA, DIB, Corporate Integrity and Compliance policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of company business.
• Update management on developments and take on special projects.
