Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support enrollment and eligibility tasks as part of a collaborative team. You will respond to waivers and enrollment questions, process data changes, and ensure accuracy across systems while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely task completion, and cross-functional cooperation with schools, carriers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel training.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Sound problem solving skills.
• Accounting or health insurance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and implementation of strategic system setup concepts, processes, and solutions.
• Correspond with schools and carriers as a company representative to meet client and partner expectations.
• Handle set-up, waivers, eligibility, enrollment, and customer care tasks.
• Process new data or changes in systems; answer queries and reconcile discrepancies.
• Mentor and train team on service-level tasks as needed.
• Monitor and complete group service ticket queue and assist with daily operations.
