Job summary

Tradition Capital Bank is seeking a Client Service Coordinator II to deliver high-touch service to internal and external clients. You will support client relationships through deposit administration, loan coordination, and documentation, while aligning with bank policies and standards.

The role emphasizes accurate execution, responsiveness, and collaboration across teams to ensure a positive, compliant client experience and sustainable relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service and/or banking in related positions such as teller, customer service representative, treasury management support, or loan documentation specialist.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through onboarding and ongoing service as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with Relationship Officers and multiple bank departments to fulfill proposals and client solutions on time.
• Coordinate loan-related administrative activities and assist with pre-closing due diligence and timely loan closings.
• Maintain knowledge of depository products and services to assess client needs and guide solutions.
• Prepare and execute internal and external documentation in compliance with banking regulations.
