Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a client relationship and operational support professional to enhance Commercial Banking client experiences in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on resolving complex requests, coordinating cross-team solutions, and ensuring adherence to policies and controls.

The position emphasizes data-driven planning, process improvements, and risk-aware decision making to support client objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Client Relationship, Financial Services or Service Excellence in a corporate or banking environment is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance or Marketing preferred
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational service support for Commercial Banking clients
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and guide clients through complex requests and challenges
• Investigate client issues and coordinate solutions across internal teams
• Resolve tickets according to client expectations
• Apply interest adjustments based on limits when authorized
• Track collection of client service fees
• Analyze client feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence for strategic planning
• Identify process improvements to meet client needs efficiently
• Provide input into planning and implementation of operational programs
• Participate in audit and customer/client issue resolution
• Correct issues or elevate them according to established guidelines and procedures
• Implement service strategies aligned with client business objectives
• Present strategic reports to management on client trends, opportunities, risks, and recommendations
• Engage with clients to diagnose service needs and address concerns
• Respond to and facilitate resolution of client service requests
• Collect and analyze client feedback to identify service gaps and optimize satisfaction
• Ensure client interactions, documentation, and issue resolutions comply with policies, regulations, and internal controls
• Propose creative solutions and exercise judgment to solve problems within established rules
• Work mostly independently
• Apply the Risk Management Framework and make risk-informed decisions while protecting bank assets and adhering to laws and policies
• Perform broader work or accountabilities as assigned
