Axis Therapy & Performance is seeking a client care coordinator to deliver exceptional front desk service, support therapists, manage bookings, and uphold clinic standards. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and a passion for helping clients, with opportunities for growth within a vibrant culture.

The position is part-time, on-site in the Greater Toronto Area, requiring availability for days, evenings, and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Ability to work days, evenings and/or weekends.
• Capable of committing to ~10 hours per week across at least two shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Passion for the industry and helping the team grow.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Promote the clinic culture and Axis Experience to clients.
• Support therapists and manage day-to-day front desk needs.
• Maintain facility standards and safety policies.
• Coordinate therapist schedules and manage bookings/waitlists.
• Handle billing, invoicing and claims accurately.
• Ensure timely client communication for appointments and inquiries.
• Collaborate with Regional Coordinator on tasks and initiatives.
