Veritext Reno is seeking a Concierge (Mountain) to welcome guests and ensure conference rooms and technology are ready, while maintaining a polished reception area. You will support clients and independent contractors, coordinate logistics, and help keep the office running smoothly.

The role blends hospitality with operations, offering a collaborative team environment and opportunities to learn Veritext products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting visitors and handling front-desk duties.
• Ability to set up and test conference room technology and assist with IT requests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing work.
• Proactive in office operations, multi-tasking and coordinating resources.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all visitors in a pleasant, respectful manner.
• Ensure front desk coverage during normal business hours and as needed.
• Set up and pre-test conference room technology at least 2 hours prior to deposition.
• Track office supplies and manage reordering.
• Assist with deposition-related tech access and client education on Veritext services.
