You will maintain a comprehensive information file on local services and hotel amenities, actively suggesting upgrades to enhance guest experiences while ensuring the concierge lounge remains clean and inviting throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in the concierge lounge within 2 minutes of arrival.
• Serve as liaison between guests and hotel departments by making reservations and following up on special requests.
• Maintain an up-to-date information file on hotel and local services; suggest and upsell hotel amenities and services.
• Keep the concierge lounge clean and organized during the shift, including cleaning of floors, furniture and surfaces.
