SEV Skin seeks a Front Desk Sales Associate in Georgia to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive sales for services, memberships, and products. You’ll be the first and last touchpoint, shaping overall client impressions.

As part of a fast-paced clinic network, you’ll promote offerings, educate clients on pricing and promotions, and work toward personal sales goals while supporting team performance and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service focus and relationship building.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Comfort with computers and scheduling software.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance.
• Weekend availability required.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, or retail focus is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products.
• Identify client needs and confidently recommend services and upgrades.
• Educate clients on available treatments, pricing, and promotions.
• Work toward individual sales goals while supporting clinic performance.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized and knowledgeable service.
• Warmly welcome clients and provide a polished experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage client check-in, check-out, and payment processing accurately.
• Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail.
• Answer calls, emails, and voicemail messages promptly and professionally.
• Address client questions and concerns with care, urgency, and professionalism.
• Use SEV Skin’s booking and client-management systems accurately and efficiently.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities according to procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, welcoming front-desk environment.
• Assist with transitional treatment-room cleaning when needed.
• Monitor supplies and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Participate in service, systems, and sales training.
• Support new team members by modeling SEV Skin’s standards.
• Assist with other clinic responsibilities as directed by leadership.
