Job summary

TalentAlly in Raleigh, NC seeks a Regular full-time Banking Associate to provide timely client transactions, deliver excellent service, and promote digital banking solutions. You will support sales outreach, assist with IRM activities, and participate in branch routines while maintaining compliance and accurate record-keeping.

The role requires weekend/extended hours availability, strong communication, and ability to travel for temporary staffing needs as necessary.

Qualifications

• - High school diploma or equivalent education.
• - Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• - Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• - Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• - Ability to multi‑task under time constraints.
• - Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software.
• - Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• - Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions with accuracy and courtesy.
• Educate clients on digital/self‑service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound outreach, identifying client needs, and referring to branch staff.
• Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and development activities.
• Commit to ongoing product/knowledge training to serve consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, adjusting workload to branch needs.
