Truist Wealth in Wilson, NC seeks an attentive teller to provide accurate transaction processing and superior client service. You will educate clients on digital banking, support branch sales, and ensure proper handling of funds while meeting regulatory guidelines.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, cash handling experience, and the ability to work weekend shifts and travel as needed for staffing. Regular/full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and perform complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
