Job summary

Truist Financial is seeking a Regular full-time front-line associate to deliver outstanding client service. You will handle transactions, educate customers on digital banking, and support sales efforts through outbound outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs; weekend/extended hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and conduct complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by outbound calling and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue product knowledge through training and meetings.
