Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience is expected.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to use a PC and common software for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous service and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service options including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts for client solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
