Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
• Willingness to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting complex and standard transactions, and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client needs; refer to branch team or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service capabilities.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies; stay updated on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload per branch needs.
