Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate client transactions and maintain detailed records
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile)
• Support sales through outbound calls and IRM activities
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) strategies
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through training and meetings
• Adhere to internal controls, policies and risk management
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution
