Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two years of teller or cash handling experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with transactions and service.
Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
Support sales via outbound calls and client outreach.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
Participate in leadership routines and training sessions.
Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
