Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming service, build trusted client relationships, and represent our brand in the branch using leading banking solutions and digital tools.

You will assist clients with everyday banking, open new accounts, and guide them to technology options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs, while ensuring compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to quickly learn products, services, and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and queue system.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and tech self-service options such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and collaboration with branch team members to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
