Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Reading and speaking in both Russian and English fluently is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment in the branch.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing tasks.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships and partner with team to meet client financial goals.
• Execute branch operations and cash handling following policy.
