The role emphasizes relationship-building, product education, and referrals to specialists. A high school diploma and cash-handling experience are preferred; ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• First point of contact for clients, guiding traffic flow and delivering high-touch client experiences.
• Delivers accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepens relationships by identifying needs and referring clients to partners.
• Educates clients on banking products and self-serve solutions and recommends suitable solutions.
• Performs a broad range of client transactions within financial limits and escalates non-standard issues as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of TD products and services to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Adheres to TD’s risk, AML, and regulatory standards in all interactions.
